WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU AND AT WHAT TIME?
I love working off of email (email@example.com) and require a cell phone number once an order is placed for last minute questions. I am available to talk from 5:30-8:30 p.m. most evenings.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes. An additional fee is added for all deliveries based on distance for all orders except wedding cakes. Wedding cake delivery starts at $50 and is dependent on distance to the venue and if the design of the cake requires additional time at the venue.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
Unfortunately, Toni Makes Cakes does not ship any orders at this time.
WHERE IS THE PICKUP LOCATION?
I'm fortunate to be able to run Toni Makes Cakes from home in the Westerville area, so we can work together to find the best pick up location for you!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
This is dependent on the time of year and type of cake you are ordering. I require two weeks minimum for all general orders and one month for wedding orders. Since all orders are made to order, I am not able to accommodate last minute requests.
WHAT ARE YOUR ORDERING GUIDELINES?
To place an order I will need your name, cell number, email address, date and time of event, date and time of order pickup/delivery, serving count, flavor and design ideas. It is important to note any allergies.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you place an order, I will work with you to get the best design, flavor combination and size to meet your needs.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes. Once we have agreed upon the design, flavor combination, size, pickup/delivery date and time and price of your order, we will request a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due upon fulfillment of order.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
I accept payment through Venmo (@toni-schorling) or cash.
IF I HAVE A PHOTO OF A CAKE THAT I LOVE, CAN YOU REPLICATE IT?
I love when my customers are prepared with inspiration for their order, however, every artist has their own style and skill so I prefer to use it as a strong inspiration rather than an exact replica. I may work with different materials to fit the design and event so sometimes that means altering the design.

WHAT CAKE FLAVORS DO YOU OFFER?
I try not to follow a specific list of flavors because I feel it is important to be open to a customer's requests. My most ordered flavors though are:
Standard flavors: White, Vanilla, Butter, Funfetti, Almond, Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Fudge, Milk Chocolate, Devil’s Food, Marble, Spice, Strawberry
Special/Seasonal flavors*: Lemon, Carrot, Lavender, Red (Blue, Purple, Green, Pink) Velvet, Pumpkin Spice, Coconut, Chai, Coffee, Apple

DO YOU OFFER FONDANT?
Yes! I do offer fondant covered cakes for an additional fee that is dependent on the cake size and shape.
WHAT COMBINATIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I love them all so it is hard for me to choose. Customers have said the following where some of their favorites but I can create any combination you are interested in.
Wedding cake - white cake with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry fruit filling
Cookies and Cream - chocolate cake with white buttercream and cookie crumbles
Buckeye - dark chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter buttercream filling and chocolate ganache

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE IN YOUR ITEMS?
Some items are made with wheat/flour, milk, egg/egg white, chocolate, almond and other tree nuts and/or peanut. All of my items are made on equipment that also processes peanuts and tree nuts.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN OR SUGAR FREE ITEMS?
I am able to make limited gluten free* and sugar free* items with at least two weeks notice. Please contact me for more information.
